We normally dispatch all our orders within 48–72 hours of receiving them. For domestic delivery, we use established local couriers, depending on the destination. Depending on the geographic location of the customer, it may take about 3 to 12 working days to deliver the product to their door.

The shipping times mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate, and we cannot guarantee them. Customers are recommended to place an order early if they have a deadline to meet. Apart from the shipping time, if the product has to be tailored to meet the customer's requirements, it will need time for production, which varies from 15 days to 20 days depending on the production requirement and quantity ordered.

Customers are responsible for providing shipping details, which should include a proper name, address with city, state, or country, postal code, if any, and also telephone numbers with alternate numbers to ensure proper delivery.

The following conditions are applicable for shipping within India:.

• No Free shipping unless otherwise stated during an offering on the website.
• Shipping charges as applicable shall either be there on the site or intimated to the customer if required at the time of placement of order.

• We appreciate our customers buying during Holidays, and we make all efforts to ship the goods during Holidays, but we do not guarantee shipping or deliveries during public holidays.
• Express shipping charges would be additional and free shipping would not be applicable for Express shipping requests.
